Regulation of tariffs of services rendered by the local departments of State Service for Registration of Real Estate under the State Committee on Property Issues of the Republic of Azerbaijan 

 

Pursuant to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 26, 2005, № 341, “On Ratification of the Tariff (price) Council Charter of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated December 30, 2005, № 247 on “Rules for organization of state control over formation and application of the tariffs (prices) applied for the state regulation”, appeal of the State Committee on Property Issues and Minutes of the Tariff (price) Council Meeting, dated July 31, 2009   DECIDES:  

  1. Following tariffs of services rendered by the local departments of State Service for Registration of Real Estate under the State Committee on Property Issues of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall be approved:

Accounting inventory value of real estate (service fee of this section is determined by applying 0,2 ratio to relevant tariffs of 1st section).

IX.

Technical re-inventory of real estate (service fee of this section is determined by applying 0,2 ratio to relevant tariffs of 1st section, but minimum amount must not be under AZN 14,0) (except situation that occurred changes are over 30%).

X.

Accounting market price of real estate and presenting certifications (service fee of this section is determined by contract price). 

 

Note 1. If the services are rendered within 2/3 part of the period determined by the law pursuant to the appeal of the client (terms: not to delay or limit implementation of previously received orders within the period determined by law), tariffs of relevant services are applied 1,5 ratio in Baku, Ganja, Sumgait cities and Absheron region, 1,3 ratio in other cities and regions. Simultaneously if it is implemented within 1/3 part of the period, tariffs of relevant services are applied 2, ratio in Baku, Ganja, Sumgait cities and Absheron region, 1,5 ratio in other cities and regions.

Note 2. Determined tariffs on VII section are applied while conducting technical inventory of real estate object.

  1. This resolution enters into force since August 03, 2009.
